Marketing Assistant – Support Campaigns & Social Media

About the role

We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team in Zirakpur. The role supports the planning and execution of campaigns, manages social media channels, and helps create marketing materials while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Manage and update company social media pages and contribute to content creation.
• Prepare marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, posters, and promotional content.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, vendors, and other external partners.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support lead‑generation and customer‑engagement initiatives.
• Help organize events, exhibitions, meetings, and promotional activities.
• Maintain marketing databases, customer lists, and campaign records.
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
• Assist with email, WhatsApp, and other digital marketing activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and follow‑up.
• Monitor customer feedback and market responses.
• Perform other marketing and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or a related role; freshers are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational, time‑management and creative abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
