Manufacturing Manager

About the role

Plans and manages the overall production activities of the plant, overseeing schedules, performance standards and daily operations. Ensures staffing, tooling, safety, quality and production arrangements meet business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Directs projects, processes and functional objectives with broad scope and impact, providing strategic input to achieve business results.
• Leads the Safety Leadership Committee, develops the site Safety Flight Plan and monitors progress toward a 100% safe environment.
• Responsible for plant financial performance and customer satisfaction, including lead time, on‑time delivery and product quality.
• Ensures appropriate manpower levels to support demand and drives cost reduction through lean and Six Sigma programs.

Required profile

• In‑depth knowledge of the manufacturing segment with a broad understanding of overall business objectives.
• Significant experience translating strategy into tactical plans and strong leadership and management skills.
• Bachelor of Engineering and 10+ years of management experience with functional expertise.
