Manufacturing Associate – Fixed Term

About the role

Arabelle Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Associate on a fixed‑term basis to join its fabrication team. You will work on assembling, fitting and fabricating metal components for heavy‑duty equipment, ensuring high‑quality output while adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and specifications to determine fitting and welding requirements.
• Assemble, align, grind, and adjust metal parts to achieve precise fits.
• Mark, measure, cut, and prepare materials using hand tools, power tools, gas cutting and machining equipment.
• Perform welding operations (GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, SAW, TIG, MIG, Shielded Metal Arc, Submerged Arc) on turbines, generators and pressure‑vessel components.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and EHS procedures throughout the fabrication process.
• Maintain documentation such as WPS, PQR, PQW and weld books.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in heavy fabrication or pressure‑vessel fabrication.
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of basic EHS guidelines and safety practices.
• IT​I fitter or welder qualification, or equivalent technical training/apprenticeship.
