Manager - Transaction Services Data Analytics

About the role

As a Transaction Services Data Analytics Manager at Riveron, you will deliver data‑driven insights for complex private‑equity and corporate transactions. You will translate large datasets into actionable recommendations that support due diligence, post‑deal performance monitoring and exit strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze extensive datasets using tools such as Alteryx, Hadoop and SQL to build EBITDA tables, net working capital analyses and other key financial metrics.
• Apply statistical software (SPSS, Minitab) and programming languages (Python, R) to identify trends, risks and opportunities throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Lead data‑driven discussions with clients and internal deal teams, turning complex findings into clear strategic recommendations.
• Oversee the use of analytics platforms like SAS and Azure to ensure high‑quality, data‑based decision‑making.
• Mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including financial due diligence and data analytics.
• At least 2 years of transaction experience focused on quality of earnings, net working capital and cash flows.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for building client relationships.
• Willingness to travel as required by client locations.
