Manager - Supply Category

About the role

We are looking for a Manager – Supply Category to lead international growth of the Ground Transport business at MakeMyTrip. The role will translate market opportunities into live supply across selected countries, corridors and use‑cases, working closely with product, technology, operations, finance and revenue teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive category growth for International Ground Transport through market selection, supply build‑out and launch execution.
• Identify and evaluate market opportunities, supply gaps and partner categories via research, industry mapping and outreach.
• Scope and assess potential supply partners across mobility segments such as airport transfers, day trips, rail, buses and inter‑city platforms.
• Lead sourcing conversations, assess business fit, negotiate contracts and commissions to ensure commercially viable supply.
• Collaborate with Product, Contracting, Operations, Finance and Revenue stakeholders to onboard partners and launch markets.
• Project‑manage category launches, aligning on integration requirements, booking flow readiness, content setup and go‑live milestones.

Required profile

• Strong analytical thinking and commercial judgment.
• Experience in program or project management, preferably in travel or mobility services.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, technology and finance teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
