Manager, SAP S/4 Functional Team – Logistics

About the role

Join a global healthcare biopharma leader in Hyderabad as the Manager of the SAP S/4 Functional Team – Logistics. You will lead worldwide logistics enhancements within the SAP ecosystem, supporting material handling, production execution, and environmental health & safety across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP logistics projects from scope definition through delivery, including gap analysis, solution design, testing, documentation, production transition and hyper‑care.
• Manage internal logistics changes and integration with Production Execution, Environmental Health & Safety, and third‑party systems such as automated warehouses (MMES).
• Provide operational support for live markets, coordinate with outsourced vendors, and ensure change‑management processes are followed.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across NA, EU, APAC and LA to align on objectives, communicate risks, and track issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of functional and technical SAP experience, preferably with the Production Execution (PP‑PI) module.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Stock Room Management (SRM).
• Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end material handling processes, including MMES and shop‑floor system integrations.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
