Manager - Retail Excellence

About the role

The Retail Excellence Manager will drive operational excellence across the franchise network, ensuring consistent store execution, robust financial performance, and scalable growth. Partnering with franchisees, the role focuses on standardised processes, data‑driven governance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor operational and visual merchandising standards to boost store productivity.
• Develop and enforce partner financial health programmes, including rating systems, collection discipline and P&L governance.
• Lead commercial uplift initiatives such as assortment optimisation, premiumisation and inventory productivity.
• Prepare the franchise network for omni‑channel and marketplace expansion.
• Enhance customer experience through voice‑of‑customer‑led interventions.
• Build capability through training discipline, manpower planning and adherence to blueprints.
• Design and maintain structured MIS and performance rhythms to enable rapid decision‑making and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail operations, franchise management or comparable large‑scale retail environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing partners and internal teams.
• Track record of delivering process standardisation and driving financial performance.
