Manager – Oracle Fusion Technical Developer

About the role

PwC’s Oracle Services Practice is seeking a Manager to lead the delivery of Oracle Fusion solutions for our clients in Chennai. In this role you will guide teams in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle technologies that enable digital transformation across finance, HR, supply chain, and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage Oracle Fusion projects from conception to production.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Oversee development of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations and PaaS components such as VBCS and PCS.
• Design and build Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) reports and ensure seamless integration with Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) and Fusion applications.
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle technologies.
• BTech degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale Oracle Fusion implementations.
