Manager – Oracle Fusion Finance (Enterprise Apps) – Advisory

About the role

PWC is seeking an experienced Manager to lead Oracle Fusion Finance initiatives within its Advisory practice in Bengaluru. You will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining Oracle Financials solutions while aligning them with client business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery teams for functional Fusion Finance projects.
• Drive implementation and optimisation of finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, and cash management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to streamline financial processes.
• Provide strategic guidance, mentorship and professional development to team members.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices and emerging finance technologies.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Finance.
• B.E./B.Tech or equivalent engineering qualification.
• Proven experience leading finance transformation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Oracle Fusion Finance (mandatory).
