Manager – Merchant Alliance & Partnerships

About the role

The Manager – Merchant Alliance & Partnerships drives credit‑card spend by creating and executing merchant offer programmes. You will design a yearly marketing calendar, craft tactical offers, and oversee end‑to‑end campaign delivery across travel, dining and e‑commerce categories.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and launch new merchant offer partnerships to increase card spend.
• Develop an annual marketing calendar of merchant offers.
• Create tactical offers in collaboration with key merchants.
• Structure networking and negotiation processes to ensure timely closures.
• Manage campaign execution, including brand visibility and cost negotiations for ATL and BTL activities.
• Evaluate promotional plans to align with product and partnership strategy.
• Oversee end‑to‑end implementation of promotions and manage partner relationships throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Handle campaign fulfillment and resolve any disputes.

Required profile

• Any graduate; MBA in a relevant field is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in merchant alliances, partnerships or campaign management.
