Manager, BI & Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Manager, BI & Analytics to lead data‑driven initiatives that boost third‑party seller success on the Walmart Marketplace. The role will turn complex data into actionable insights using advanced analytics, predictive modeling and AI, supporting growth, operational efficiency and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage analytics frameworks to measure marketplace performance and identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Own the BI ecosystem by creating executive dashboards, scalable reporting solutions and KPI frameworks, ensuring data governance and metric standardisation.
• Drive adoption of AI and Generative AI to improve forecasting, automate insight generation and accelerate decision‑making.
• Produce seller and customer analytics across the lifecycle to enhance marketplace selection, engagement and retention.
• Provide strategic decision support through pricing, promotion, assortment and seller program analysis, including forecasting and scenario modelling.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Category Management, Product, Finance, Operations and Global Analytics teams to align priorities and communicate insights.
• Mentor and build a high‑performing analytics team.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with experience in fast‑paced marketplace, e‑commerce or technology‑driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead analytics initiatives and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Experience in managing teams and delivering data‑driven recommendations.
