About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Accounting to lead a team of bank administration professionals within its Global Business Service Center. The role focuses on strengthening relationships with global treasury and bank account stakeholders while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for a team of account managers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with global treasury and banking stakeholders.
• Design and implement treasury policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Set and monitor KPIs, analyze data, and generate reports on customer behavior and trends.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, marketing, and operations to optimize account management processes.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and risk mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
• Strong stakeholder‑relationship management skills.
• Experience in treasury, bank account administration, or risk management.
• Solid understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights.
