Manager, Absence Management & Time Tracking Process Design

About the role

The Manager, Absence Management & Time Tracking Process Design & Optimization Lead is responsible for designing, optimizing and continuously improving global absence, leave and time‑tracking processes. This role ensures regulatory compliance, operational clarity and a positive experience for employees and managers across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve end‑to‑end global absence and time‑tracking processes, including eligibility, time entry, approvals and exception handling.
• Document process architecture and enablement frameworks to support consistent execution.
• Coordinate with regional HR Operations, Leave Administration and Payroll teams to ensure accurate payroll and statutory compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee payroll integrations, reporting and downstream reconciliation.
• Define scalable global process standards, controls and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Significant experience in HR process design, optimization and global rollout.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to absence, leave and time tracking.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with HR, payroll, legal and finance stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
