Management Executive – Office of Managing Director

About the role

We are a leading manufacturer of high‑quality electronics, aerospace and defence products. We seek a proactive Management Executive to act as the right‑hand to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth operational workflows and strategic reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project lifecycles, milestones and deliverables across engineering, production and assembly.
• Interface with Heads of Department to drive accountability and keep action items on schedule.
• Maintain a master schedule, flagging bottlenecks and potential delays early.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics and coordinate travel for MD visitors.
• Prepare concise briefs and reports for the Managing Director based on raw operational data.
• Manage executive calendars, schedule high‑level project review meetings and track outcomes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Management Executive or Operations Coordinator in electronics, manufacturing, aerospace or defence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• Strong command of numbers, logistics tracking and time management.
• Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership and detail orientation.
