Management Accountant

About the role

Lemongrass is looking for a Management Accountant to join its global finance team. The role combines regional finance business partnering for APAC with global cost of goods sold (COGS) and operating expense (OPEX) management. You will act as a financial co‑pilot for APAC leadership while supporting the Global Financial Controller on cost control and margin optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with APAC delivery and leadership teams to drive financial performance, identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and issue customer sales invoices, manage revenue accruals and deferrals, and post related journal entries.
• Own regional budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis (actuals vs. targets) for the APAC region.
• Review commercial bids, pricing strategies and contract negotiations for cloud services and professional engagements.
• Deliver monthly financial insights, KPIs and strategic recommendations to regional stakeholders.
• Analyse global GL lines for COGS and OPEX, supporting the Global Financial Controller in cost control and margin optimisation.

Required profile

• Commercially minded, agile and sharp finance professional.
• Experience in finance business partnering, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with APAC market dynamics and regional financial regulations is a plus.
