About the role

The company is looking for an experienced painter to work on the rolling stock and its components at a large industrial enterprise in Saint Petersburg. The role involves preparing metal surfaces, applying paints and lacquers, and finishing the work to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Painting rolling stock, its units and assemblies.
• Preparing surfaces for painting (washing, cleaning, filling, priming).
• Sanding and lacquering painted surfaces.
• Applying markings using stencils and stickers.
• Operating equipment such as Karcher washing machines, Zitrek abrasive water‑jet units, angle and belt sanders, brushes, rollers and spray guns.

Required profile

• Ability to paint surfaces with various paints and lacquers.
• Skill in preparing metal surfaces for coating.
• Experience leveling surfaces with filler mixtures.
• At least one year of experience as a metal painter.
