Maintenance Engineer (Industrial Machinery)

About the role
The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production equipment in an industrial setting. You will work closely with production teams and external vendors to minimise downtime and support continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic machines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to reduce equipment downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and manage spare‑parts inventory.
- Coordinate repair activities with production staff and vendors.
- Ensure all work follows safety, quality and environmental standards.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering.
- Relevant experience in industrial maintenance.
- Familiarity with TPM, 5S and basic ERP/Excel usage.
Required skills
- Troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Implementation of TPM and 5S methodologies.
- Basic proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.
