M&A Technology Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated M&A Technology Consultant to support our Tech M&A Managers on small to medium‑size engagements. You will work closely with senior colleagues, interact with senior client stakeholders, and contribute to both due‑diligence and integration projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technology due diligence by analysing target data, IT contracts, products and systems.
• Synthesise findings and communicate the impact of technology on business strategy, operations and deal valuation.
• Support integration and separation workstreams, including target operating model design, transitional service agreements and synergy analysis.
• Assist in client communications, workshops and meetings.
• Prepare sections of IT reports and deliverables.
• Provide ad‑hoc support for proposal preparation and internal initiatives.

Required profile

• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in a technology‑related field.
• 1‑5 years of experience in IT implementation, service management or related consulting.
• Familiarity with enterprise business applications such as ERP and CRM.
• Experience in technology assessment and diligence for M&A transactions.
