Luxury Boutique Sales Manager

About the role

As a Sales Manager at CHANEL, you will lead the boutique’s Sales, Visual Merchandising, and Alteration teams to deliver an exceptional client experience that reflects the House’s heritage and progressive style. You will be the on‑floor presence that inspires Fashion Advisors and ensures the boutique operates at the highest standard of luxury retail.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Fashion Advisors, VM and Alteration specialists.
• Ensure daily execution of sales floor standards, client greeting, hospitality and sales ceremony.
• Translate CHANEL’s strategic objectives into actionable goals for the team.
• Conduct recruitment, performance reviews, one‑on‑one coaching and mentorship.
• Facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions and collaboration with back‑office, learning, styling and marketing teams.
• Organise and lead daily briefings and on‑floor observations to elevate style expertise.
• Promote CHANEL Vital Behaviors and uphold brand values in every client interaction.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in luxury or high‑end fashion retail.
• Strong client‑service orientation with a deep understanding of CHANEL’s history and vision.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales and service excellence.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
