Loss Prevention Executive

About the role

The Loss Prevention Executive is responsible for safeguarding the property, its guests, and employees by monitoring security systems, conducting inspections, and responding to emergencies. This role ensures a safe environment while upholding company policies and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms, and assist guests with access.
• Conduct emergency response drills, safety inspections, investigations, and key‑control audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to secured zones.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS when needed.
• Prepare incident reports, maintain confidentiality, and release information only to authorized personnel.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and enforce alcoholic beverage control laws.
• Support management in training, coaching, and fostering a fair‑treatment culture.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow security protocols.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests, employees, and emergency services.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, or run for extended periods and lift objects up to 50 lb unaided.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in high‑pressure situations.

Required skills

• CCTV monitoring and alarm system operation.
• Key‑control audit procedures.
• First aid and CPR certification.
