Loss Prevention Executive

About the role

The Loss Prevention Executive is responsible for safeguarding the property, guests, and employees by monitoring security systems, conducting inspections, and responding to emergencies. This full‑time position works on‑site at our Chennai location and plays a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms, and assist guests with access.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorise and document access to restricted zones.
• Conduct emergency drills, safety inspections, investigations, and key‑control audits.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS when needed.
• Prepare detailed incident reports while maintaining confidentiality.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and enforce alcohol‑service regulations.
• Support management in training, coaching, and upholding the Guarantee of Fair Treatment policy.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in high‑pressure situations.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, run, and lift objects up to 50 kg.
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
