Loss Prevention Executive

About the role

The Loss Prevention Executive is responsible for safeguarding the property, guests, and employees by monitoring security systems, conducting inspections, and responding to emergencies. This role combines proactive patrols with incident investigation to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms and assist guests with access.
• Conduct emergency response drills, daily safety inspections, investigations, interviews, and key‑control audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to secured areas.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS when needed.
• Gather information, complete incident reports and maintain confidentiality of all documents.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage laws.
• Assist management with training, coaching, and serve as a role model for fair treatment policies.
• Maintain professional appearance, adhere to company policies, and support guest service standards.

Required profile

• Physical ability to stand, walk, run, and lift objects up to 50 kg unassisted.
• Ability to read and verify information in various formats, including small print.
• Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond quickly to incidents.
