Loss Prevention Associate

About the role

The Loss Prevention Associate is responsible for safeguarding guests, employees and assets across the hospitality property in New Delhi. You will patrol the premises, monitor security systems and respond promptly to incidents, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access.
• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm, duress alarms and fire‑life safety systems.
• Lock and unlock property entrances as required and conduct daily hazard inspections.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS when needed.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and report incidents to appropriate authorities.
• Complete incident reports, shift summaries and maintain confidentiality of all security documentation.
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence and interview relevant parties.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and move quickly in emergency situations.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lb unassisted and heavier items with assistance.
• Clear, professional communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Willingness to follow company policies, safety training and maintain a professional appearance.
