Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our Operations team in New Delhi. You will support end‑to‑end logistics and warehouse activities, ensuring efficient inventory flow, timely dispatches, and smooth coordination with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse operations, including post‑invoicing activities and dispatch of goods with local warehouse teams.
• Ensure timely outbound shipments and monitor daily dispatches.
• Manage last‑mile delivery by liaising with logistics partners (e.g., Bluedart) to resolve delays.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, collect Proof of Delivery (POD), and track delivery performance.
• Support logistics cost tracking, reporting, and identify efficiency improvements.
• Oversee inventory management: monitor new stock, track returns, maintain up‑to‑date inventory levels, and execute regular cycle counts.
• Update logistics databases and ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams on delivery challan creation and pickup arrangements.
• Participate in projects and handle general administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, warehouses, and logistics vendors.
• Proactive problem‑solving skills for operational issues.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced operational environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with logistics systems and accurate record‑keeping.
