Logistics Manager – Lead Supply Chain Operations

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Logistics Manager to lead our supply chain operations. The role involves overseeing end‑to‑end logistics, ensuring efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, and compliance across all shipment activities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics including shipment scheduling, transportation, and warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with carriers, customs agents, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth import/export processes.
• Track shipments and maintain accurate inventory and delivery records.
• Align logistics plans with procurement, production, and sales objectives.
• Analyze transportation costs and implement cost‑saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
• Report logistics KPIs and cost efficiency to senior management.
• Manage invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading; resolve logistics issues promptly.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of experience in logistics or supply chain leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of customs procedures, import/export rules, and shipping laws.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with logistics software.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
