Logistics Manager – D2C & E‑commerce

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Manager to lead our D2C and e‑commerce delivery network in Mumbai. The role focuses on accelerating deliveries, cutting costs and building a scalable logistics operation that supports a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive faster deliveries and improve turnaround time (TAT) across the network.
• Reduce logistics costs through strategic planning, negotiations and process optimisation.
• Manage 3PL, courier and last‑mile partners, holding them accountable for performance.
• Improve key metrics such as OTIF, RTO, NDR, COD and delivery TAT.
• Identify bottlenecks, design smarter processes and continuously enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse, customer support and business teams to ensure a seamless end‑to‑end experience.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in D2C/e‑commerce logistics.
• Strong background in last‑mile, reverse logistics and 3PL management.
• Proven track record of reducing costs while improving delivery speed.
• Data‑driven, commercially sharp and process‑oriented mindset.
• Problem‑solver who constantly asks “How can we make this faster and cheaper?”
