Logistics Executive

About the role

ANSCER Robotics, a Bengaluru‑based developer of autonomous mobile robots and AGVs, is seeking a proactive Logistics Executive. You will manage both domestic and international shipments, ensure regulatory compliance, and work closely with production, procurement, inventory, and quality teams to keep the supply chain running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate domestic and international shipments, including dispatch schedules and delivery timelines.
• Prepare export documentation and oversee customs clearance activities.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, airlines, transporters, and courier partners.
• Ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods regulations for lithium‑battery shipments (IATA/ICAO).
• Arrange domestic transportation, monitor deliveries, and provide regular shipment updates to internal teams and customers.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and logistics documentation.
• Support logistics cost optimisation and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs clearance, and Incoterms.
• Familiarity with DG shipping regulations (IATA/ICAO) is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
