About the role

The Logistics Executive will oversee warehouse operations and last‑mile delivery activities across multiple locations in India. This position focuses on ensuring efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods while supporting the fulfillment network of a leading e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, and order picking.
• Coordinate last‑mile logistics to guarantee timely delivery to end customers.
• Monitor performance metrics such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and shipment quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, or last‑mile delivery.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce fulfillment environments.
• Ability to work across multiple states (Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra).
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
