Logistics Coordinator – Warehouse Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily logistics operations at our Hoskote warehouse. The role involves planning vehicle dispatches, optimizing routes, handling order scheduling, and coordinating with drivers, third‑party partners and customers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and dispatch vehicles, monitor movement and track deliveries.
• Optimize daily routes for cost‑effective and on‑time deliveries.
• Schedule orders, handle urgent pickups and resolve in‑transit issues.
• Respond to customer calls and emails, address escalations and provide order updates.
• Control vehicle costs, manage maintenance and minimize damage during transit.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to correct order errors, cancellations or alternative planning.
• Train and develop support staff on logistics processes.

Required profile

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and decision‑making skills.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts.
• Ability to coordinate with drivers, third‑party partners and internal teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in data entry and logistics tools.
• Comfort with outbound calls and handling customer queries.
