About the role

Capco is looking for an experienced Loan IQ SDK Developer to join its Bangalore team. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting customized Loan IQ solutions for banking clients, using modern Java and micro‑services technologies. You will work on high‑impact projects for international and local banks, insurance companies and payment service providers, helping to transform the financial services industry. The candidate will collaborate closely with business analysts and technology teams to translate functional requirements into robust, scalable code and to maintain production environments. Required profile

• 6–8 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with Finastra Loan IQ SDK.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
