Live Underwriting Process Specialist – Walk-in Interview

About the role

Infosys BPM Ltd. is seeking Process Specialists to join its Live Underwriting team for US mortgage loans. The role involves reviewing loan applications during US night shifts and making underwriting decisions based on borrower credit, income, and collateral.

Key responsibilities

• Underwrite mortgage loan applications and render final decisions.
• Analyze borrower income, employment, credit history, DTI and LTV ratios.
• Ensure compliance with investor, secondary market (Fannie & Freddie) and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update loan status in underwriting systems.
• Collaborate with supervisors to manage loan pipelines and escalations.

Required profile

• Graduate (any discipline) with 2‑4 years of relevant experience.
• Immediate joiners willing to work US night shifts (06:30 PM – 03:30 AM IST).
• Ability to work onsite in Bangalore (mandatory work‑from‑office).
