About the role
ABC Legal is seeking a Litigation Lawyer to join its Hyderabad office. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to manage court proceedings, negotiate settlements, and deliver strategic legal solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a variety of litigation matters and represent clients in courts.
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct in‑depth legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
- Negotiate settlements and collaborate with colleagues to build strong cases.
- Maintain alignment with client objectives throughout the case lifecycle.
Required profile
- Law degree with a license to practice law.
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling court procedures and litigation.
- Proven negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
