About the role

ABC Legal is seeking a Litigation Lawyer to join its Hyderabad office. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to manage court proceedings, negotiate settlements, and deliver strategic legal solutions.

Key responsibilities

Handle a variety of litigation matters and represent clients in courts.
Draft legal documents, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
Conduct in‑depth legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
Negotiate settlements and collaborate with colleagues to build strong cases.
Maintain alignment with client objectives throughout the case lifecycle.

Required profile

Law degree with a license to practice law.
Minimum 2 years of experience handling court procedures and litigation.
Proven negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Required skills

Legal research and drafting.
Negotiation and settlement handling.
Understanding of court procedures.
