Litigation Counsel – Full‑time Legal Role in New Delhi

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Litigation Counsel to join our legal team in New Delhi. The role focuses on active litigation and dispute‑resolution across civil, commercial, labour, employment and regulatory matters, handling cases from inception to resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end case handling, including drafting pleadings, applications, affidavits and legal notices.
• Formulate and execute litigation strategies tailored to each forum.
• Appear before district courts, High Courts, tribunals, quasi‑judicial authorities and statutory bodies.
• Engage directly with clients for fact‑gathering, advisory discussions and case updates.
• Coordinate evidence, documentation and witness preparation, and maintain organized case files and hearing schedules.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise clients on risk exposure.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of active litigation experience covering civil, commercial, labour, employment or regulatory disputes.
• Bar Council registration in India and good standing.
• Strong command of procedural law (CPC, CrPC, IPC, Evidence Act) and relevant sectoral regulations.
• Proven ability to handle court appearances independently and brief senior counsel.
• Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B); LL.M or specialization in litigation is an advantage.
