Linux & Windows System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated System Administrator to manage both Linux and Windows environments. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to communicate technical concepts clearly in English.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows Server systems.
• Monitor performance, ensure reliability, availability, and security of all servers.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Apply system updates, patches, and perform regular backups.
• Support automation and scripting initiatives to improve processes.
• Collaborate with developers, IT, and support teams for smooth operations.
• Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, and remote sessions.
• Document support issues, resolutions, and system changes accurately.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience with Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and independent work skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Customer‑service orientation with professional client interaction.
