LinkedIn Paid Ads Expert – Immediate Joiner (Gurgaon)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled LinkedIn Paid Ads Expert to join our fast‑growing AI and technology‑driven company in Gurgaon. The role focuses on planning, executing and scaling LinkedIn campaigns that drive B2B leads, brand awareness and account‑based marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimise LinkedIn advertising campaigns to meet lead‑generation, traffic and brand objectives.
• Create highly targeted audience segments using demographics, firmographics, job titles, industries and ABM strategies.
• Monitor performance, adjust budgets, bids, creatives and targeting, and conduct A/B testing.
• Implement LinkedIn Insight Tag, conversion tracking and attribution models.
• Analyse data, produce performance reports and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content, design and sales teams to produce high‑performing assets.
• Stay current with LinkedIn Ads updates, industry trends and best practices.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of hands‑on experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record generating B2B leads through LinkedIn.
• Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, look‑alike audiences and ABM.
• Familiarity with CRM integration and lead‑management workflows.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
