Line Producer

About the role

Dentsu AMP is seeking a Line Producer to turn creative concepts into fully executed production plans for branded content, digital films, and integrated campaigns. The role sits at the intersection of creativity and operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and clients to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Break down scripts and treatments into detailed production requirements, including crew, equipment, locations, and post‑production needs.
• Prepare and manage comprehensive budgets and schedules, ensuring feasibility and client alignment.
• Source and onboard key talent such as directors, DOPs, stylists, and production designers.
• Oversee casting, location scouting, permissions, and conduct pre‑production meetings.
• Manage on‑set execution, supervising crew, vendors, and talent while maintaining schedule and budget adherence.
• Troubleshoot technical and logistical challenges in real time.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company policies throughout production.
• Negotiate vendor rates and manage expense tracking, billing, and project closure documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in line or production management within a content studio, agency, or similar environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate between creative, client, and production teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems proactively.
