Lifestyle Concierge

About the role

The Lifestyle Concierge provides premium support to high‑end clients through phone, email and chat. Working in a hybrid model with 24×7 rotational shifts, you will ensure every client request is handled efficiently and professionally, representing the brand with the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client requests across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) independently or as part of a team.
• Research solutions, coordinate with partners and use internal enterprise systems to fulfill requests.
• Exercise judgment on escalated issues and vendor communications.
• Maintain accurate records, deliver services within contractual scope and manage client expectations.
• Build relationships by understanding client preferences and initiate outbound calls when required.
• Apply service standards, adhere to client and organizational policies, and attend training sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of customer service or sales experience in luxury, travel, hospitality, airline or hotel guest services.
• Strong geographical knowledge and interest in global concierge services (shopping, sports, culture, travel).
• Excellent communication, listening and conversational skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
