Spaceage Consultants, a leading real‑estate regulatory consulting firm in Mumbai, is seeking a Liaison Architect to support its fast‑growing portfolio of large‑scale development projects. Based in Mulund West, the role works onsite, combining architectural knowledge with regulatory liaison duties to ensure projects obtain all necessary statutory approvals. You will act as the bridge between clients and government bodies, driving compliance and timely approvals.

Key responsibilities

• Regulatory consulting for real‑estate projects.
• Client coordination throughout the approval process.
• Authority liaison to secure statutory approvals.

Required profile

• B.Arch degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
• CAD expertise.
• Preference for candidates with regulatory experience.
