Legal Specialist – Remote Contract (up to $40/hr)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Legal Specialist to produce high‑quality legal documents for AI model training. The role involves drafting, analyzing, and formatting a variety of legal materials while ensuring originality and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Create professionally structured legal documents, including memos, case briefs, contracts, and policy analyses, with textual analysis, tables, charts, or diagrams.
• Guarantee that all materials are original and not sourced from the internet or generated synthetically.
• Demonstrate deep legal analysis, issue spotting, and technical depth in submissions.
• Produce documents ranging from 10 to 100 pages, covering diverse formats and lengths.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and privilege awareness in all communications and shared content.
• Participate in feedback cycles to refine content and improve its utility for AI training.

Required profile

• Strong experience in legal document drafting and analysis.
• Proven ability to write clear, accurate legal texts and articulate complex concepts.
• Experience incorporating tables, diagrams, or other visual elements into legal documents.
• Deep understanding of confidentiality obligations, privilege, and data‑privacy requirements in legal practice.
