Legal Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Executive to join our corporate legal team. The role involves providing comprehensive legal support across contracts, litigation, compliance and intellectual property, while advising senior management on risk and governance matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents, and maintain the legal database.
• Manage legal disputes and litigation, coordinating with external counsel as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Advise on corporate governance matters and legal risk management.
• Oversee the company’s intellectual property portfolio.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to senior management and business units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law, focusing on contract drafting and negotiation.
• Preferably experience working in a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of commercial law and corporate governance.
• Sound judgment, high integrity, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
