Legal Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Legal Executive to join our team in Bangalore. You will provide comprehensive legal support across our residential and commercial projects, ensuring compliance and smooth execution of transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
• Respond to customer legal queries and provide support throughout project lifecycles.
• Coordinate statutory, regulatory, and third‑party approvals.
• Assist in litigation matters and liaise with external counsel.
• Manage legal requirements across multiple residential and plotted developments.
• Collaborate with Sales, CRM, and Project teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Identify and escalate complex, high‑risk, or contentious legal issues.

Required profile

• Strong legal drafting and contract review skills.
• Experience in real estate, corporate, or project‑related legal matters.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• 1‑4 years of relevant work experience.
• LL.B. or LL.M. degree from a recognized university.
