Legal Executive

About the role

Dermatouch, a fast‑growing skincare and personal‑care brand, is seeking a Legal Executive to support corporate legal operations and ensure compliance across the business. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of legal documents while liaising with internal teams and external counsel.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, MOUs and employment documents.
• Support compliance with company law, labour law, intellectual property and other statutory regulations.
• Maintain company secretarial records, board resolutions and meeting minutes.
• Liaise with external legal counsel, government bodies and regulatory authorities as required.
• Provide legal support for marketing, branding and vendor partnership initiatives.
• Draft policies, SOPs and legal templates for internal use.
• Maintain and update legal documentation in Zoho CRM.
• Track deadlines for contract renewals, filings and statutory obligations.
• Advise management on legal risks and suggest preventive strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); additional corporate law or compliance certifications are a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Legal Executive or Associate in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of corporate, contract and labour laws.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• High integrity, discretion and attention to detail.
