Legal Counsel

About the role

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal, contractual and strategic advice to its Europe Generics (EUG) business. The role will serve as the primary legal partner for internal teams, supporting product launches, commercialization and new business models across the pharmaceutical portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end legal, contractual and strategic advisory support to the Europe Generics business.
• Act as the primary legal partner to internal teams, ensuring timely and high‑quality legal assistance.
• Support commercialization, product launches and the development of new business models.
• Enable licensing, distribution and collaboration transactions with risk‑balanced contracting.
• Drive efficiency through clause standardisation, contract lifecycle management (CLM) adoption and digital legal initiatives.
• Maintain SLA‑driven service delivery and strong stakeholder satisfaction.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including supply, distribution, warehousing, logistics, transportation, consignment, pricing, in‑licensing, out‑licensing, amendments, strategic collaborations, asset acquisitions, IT and technology contracts, and vendor/master services agreements.
