Legal Counsel – Europe Generics

About the role

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide end‑to‑end legal, contractual, and strategic advisory support to its Europe Generics (EUG) business. The role will act as the primary legal partner for internal teams, supporting commercialization, product launches, and new business models.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and contract drafting for supply chain agreements, including supply, distribution, warehousing, logistics, and transportation contracts.
• Support business development and strategic transactions such as in‑licensing, out‑licensing, collaboration, and asset acquisition agreements.
• Enable licensing, distribution, and collaboration transactions with risk‑balanced contracting.
• Drive efficiency through clause standardisation, contract lifecycle management (CLM) adoption, and digital legal initiatives.
• Ensure SLA‑driven, high‑quality legal support and maintain strong stakeholder satisfaction.
