About the role
The Legal & Compliance Officer will oversee corporate legal matters, ensuring the company operates within the framework of Indian corporate and labour laws while supporting the hospitality business.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts, vendor agreements and other legal documentation.
- Manage regulatory filings, compliance reporting and advisory on company policies.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks specific to the hospitality sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to industry‑specific regulations.
- Provide guidance on corporate governance and dispute resolution.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of experience as a corporate legal officer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indian corporate laws, labour laws and hospitality‑related compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
Required skills
- Corporate law expertise.
- Contract drafting and review.
- Litigation handling.
