Legal Compliance Officer

About the role

Sanjeevani Developers is seeking a full‑time Legal Compliance Officer to join its Pune division. The role is office‑based and focuses on ensuring the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations within the real‑estate and construction sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce adherence to civil law, land rules, and other regulations relevant to real‑estate projects.
• Prepare, review, and manage legal documents and contracts.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve legal issues, providing risk‑mitigation recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain compliance.
• Represent the organization in legal proceedings when required.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Civil Law and Land Rules related to real estate.
• Minimum five years of experience in legal document preparation and management.
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve legal matters effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and critical‑thinking skills.
• Good communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferred) with exposure to land dealings.
• Prior experience in the real‑estate or construction industry.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
