About the role

This fixed‑term lecturer position will support the development and delivery of two new MSc programmes – Advanced Management (Healthcare Technologies) and Advanced Management (Sports, Business and Leadership). The role sits within the Agor Skills: Sport, Health & Wellbeing Project, contributing to the Innovation Skills Centre of Excellence and a hybrid learning environment for both online and face‑to‑face learners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing curriculum and teaching materials for the two MSc programmes.
• Help establish and run a hybrid learning centre, including coordination of workshops and community‑of‑practice activities.
• Provide administrative support to ensure the Innovation Skills Centre operates efficiently.
• Oversee a portfolio of skills programmes and workshops at varying stages of development.
• Engage with senior academics, professional learners and external partners to promote the centre’s objectives.

Required profile

• Relevant academic background in health, biotechnology, sport, business or leadership.
• Experience in higher‑education teaching or programme development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid (online/off‑site) environment.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
