About the role

The Learning Operations Services Support Associate II provides end‑to‑end administrative and backend support for Deloitte’s Talent Development initiatives across global member firms. This role serves internal clients in multiple countries, ensuring smooth planning, delivery, and tracking of learning programs.

Key responsibilities

• Support US Talent Development Learning Operations for offshore clients, including training planning and delivery activities.
• Manage administrative tasks, system updates, and data‑entry requirements with high accuracy.
• Communicate status, requirements, and deliverables to stakeholders and team leads.
• Perform quality checks and submit work on time, ensuring completeness.
• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and prioritization while contributing to team initiatives.

Required profile

• Graduate, MBA, or post‑graduate degree.
• 0‑5 years of experience in learning operations or backend operations.
• Experience supporting administrative tasks, system activities, and data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, removing duplicates).
• Professional email etiquette and business communication skills.
