Learning Manager

About the role

The Learning Manager will lead the Human Resources learning function at Grand Hyatt Kochi, ensuring that training initiatives align with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. This role supports employee development while meeting the expectations of guests and owners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient operation of the Learning & Development department within the HR division.
• Design, implement and monitor training programs that reflect corporate objectives and hospitality standards.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify learning needs and develop appropriate solutions.
• Maintain high levels of service quality for employees, guests and property owners.
• Manage administrative aspects of the learning function, including budgeting, reporting and record‑keeping.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Human Resources Management/Development or Hospitality/Tourism Management.
• Minimum two years of experience as a Learning Manager or Assistant Learning Manager in a large‑scale operation.
• Strong presentation, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
